This group is dedicated to the presentation advanced concepts on health, wellness and personal growth and change. This is not your typical "happy thinkers" group here, We're going a little bit deeper. Topics may touch in areas of anatomy, physiology, nutrition, emotional health, mental health, social and cultural stressors. We will focus on how to use all of these things as fuel for growth and development.

Our purpose is to provide metapshysical education for the community from September to May. Our guiding principles are to unite with like minded people who seek greater understanding in a supportive environment, to encourage networking and support others who provide metaphysical educational opportunities.
