Each evening will consist of meditations, healing share and tips on improving healing and meditation practice. This is energetic work and the aim is that everyone will leave relaxed and in "the flow" . There will be different themes to the meeting. We explore "practical" as well as " expansive" meditation, which helps with your spiritual development.

Time will be given for discussion and individual healing. This meeting is open to all, those new to meditation and healing, and others who are more experienced. Healing share includes depending on who is attending reiki, metamorphic techniques and shamanic techniques, along with some members just coming to " receive".

You dont need to be a healer to attend, just open to healing and relaxation in a wonderful loving space.
