Hello everyone,

Here is one of my upcoming events at Skyelight Healing Arts.

I am a life and spiritual coach, a survivor, writer and educator. I also the biz manager at Skyelight. I am looking forward to holding space for people to come back to the truth of who they are.

Survivor Healing Circle

A unique and powerful interactive process for sexual abuse survivors geared toward reclaiming your truth, power and your connection to mind, body and soul.

Some of what we will do:
Learn how to honor our stories, yet step outside of them into the powerful NOW.

Learn some ways to REGULATE our nervous system when we are triggered

MOVE our bodies and BE in our bodies

EXPLORE our boundaries and learn how to RECLAIM them with integrity and love

Build TRUST and begin to OPEN our hearts

DANCE (I know some of you are cringing and some of you are saying Yay!)

Begin to get comfortable with SAFE touch (yes I know more cringing)

Create SAFETY for each other and ourselves

Return to the truth of who you are.


The Survivor Healing Circle is a group for survivors of sexual abuse who have been on a healing path but are seeking a more holistic approach to healing. The Circle will run in six week cycles, 2 ½ hour sessions once per week, with no more than 8 members at a time. We ask that when you join a cycle, you commit to all six sessions within the cycle to build trust and community.

Wednesday September 9th 7-9:30pm
Dates: 9/9, 9/16, 9/23, 9/30, 10/7, 10/14
Investment: $25 per session, $150 for six weeks, (pay $130 if you pay in full at first session)

Call Stephanie at 914-419-8323 to register for cycle one. We realize it takes great courage to join a group dealing with such a difficult and often taboo subject. Stephanie will be offering 30 minute coaching sessions at a reduced rate if anyone needs some additional support before joining the group.
