During the meditation we have guided visualization, deep breathing, focusing on a word or sound, being mindful of our thoughts and some discussions and sharing. During the Energy Healing period we focus on the life force which is inside of every human being. Like attracts like, that is how it work, we ask for health and that is given. Read more
