The facility is at 12701 Research Blvd. (183 N feeder road ) in the McCormick Vision Center, suite #311. A little piece of heaven (you've got to see it !!) tucked away in the back right of the property, sort of at the end of the Mall, close to the Headrest Hairdressing Salon. Plenty of parking is available.
