Annie will Join us for a short talk on meditation and building the tools of inner perception or "Vision". With Vision comes an innate knowing of how to manage your body of energy and the ability to *see the movements of energy within and the forces that impact into our physical body. Skillfully managing your body of energy is the beginning of healing and key to prevention of disease.

This talk will be an introduction to the Awakening the Third Eye weekend meditation workshop on June 7th & 8th. The meditation and practices this weekend are designed to awaken your body of energy (chi, prana, lifeforce... ) and build your perception of subtle levels through direct experience.
