Most all of us have had some kind of traumatic experiences in our life that we have tried to forget or let go of. For the most part these memories do not leave but become a repressed implanted energy that festers to constantly lock us into depression, anxiety, resentments, mistrust, addictions and more anger. In other words our deepest suppressed angers are the source to the creation of the limitations that we are creating today. They are energetic burdens that we carry that prevent us from receiving more of a great life.
