Golden Treasures Free Tai Chi in Bethesda, MD

Dates: Starting March 10, 2009
Times: 7:00pm – 8:00pm for Beginners, 8:00pm – 8:30pm for Intermediate level and 8:30pm – 9:00pm for Advance students

Course Description: The course includes instruction on performing Chi Kung (Qigong) exercises and postures as well as learning the first cycle of the Tai Chi Chuan Yang style long form. The course focuses on the meditative aspects of the form as opposed to emphasizing the martial arts applications.

Cost: FREE with a recommended voluntary donation of $10.00 per class
