"Here Comes the Sun", "Good Morning Sunshine", "Walking on Sunshine", "Sunshine on My Shoulders" and maybe a little of Smashmouth's "Walking on the Sun" and/or others. IT'S ALL ABOUT FEELING THE HIGHEST VIBRATIONS......mentally, emotionally, spiritually and with our Sounding Group we ground these vibrations in our physical bodies. MANY have written to me about how incredible they've felt after the Laughter Meditations. this session will give you the same kind of upliftment... We will sound together with a light-filled intent.......that of the Sun! Please join us as we take our focus first inward where Peace begins for the World... We will chant with various Traditional Buddhist Peace chants and then allow our vibrations to radiate out for Global Peace. We will do some grounding with the Crystal Tuning Bowls at the end. Each of us individually really do make a difference. Let us spread a calmer, kinder, more understanding vibration as a group together..... Now is the time..... Mar 07 24 2007 5:45 PM	MD Chant~Early Spring A-tune-ment, March 24th 16 attended (est.) – 5.004 At the request of a number of members, we will be having an early spring A-tune-ment for our March get togethers. We'll be utilizing many different crystal tuning bowls in various parts of the room, while "OM"ing along with whichever notes strike you. In a group in February, this produced spontaneous toning that was beautiful and therapeutic. Remember, it's your own sound.........nobody to impress here. It's fascinating to feel what happens when you tune into the bowl. The vibes are really felt in a much more powerful way physically when you hold certain notes with the bowls. All members are asked to bring any bowls they may have, (crystal only) and we'll pair up to ring them for an extended period. Any spontaneous toning that occurs will be more softly and with the notes of the bowls, rather than other types of toning we have done in previous sessions. Afterwards will be a deep meditation and then discussion. *This is going to be a total body cleansing and All-Chakra clearing..........just in time for Spring to hit the Calendar. email me at "Contact Organizer" to the left of the screen on-site and let me know what bowls you have to bring. we'll each be holding onto our own, so no worries about losing them. i will have many to share though..... *No Need to Bring a Bowl if you don't have One Just Come and Enjoy see you soon! happy thoughts, sheila Cost:** $10.00	Seekers Church Washington, DC, 20012 38.974980,-77.015940	17 Yes 0 Maybe
