This is an energy group. I show people how to flow energy through their hands. The energy usually puts the person receiving it to sleep. We take turns receiving the energy. As we flow energy, we also let go of the barriers in our lives. We let go of the judgements, decisions and considerations that prevent us from being the best that we can be.
