South San Jose - 3209 Brigadoon Way.

Each week, I teach the group about the source of stress, how to reduce stress, and how to react differently to the unpleasant events that they experience. Since stress amplifies pain, the techniques that we use often give immediate pain releif. Next, I give Reiki to each student as we practice letting go of the barriers to our success and the unpleasant emotions that we have stored. Reiki often reduces pain and when it is paired with our techniques, people often feel so relaxed that they fall asleep.

I wrote, "The Stress Reduction Manual." I am a level II Reiki Practitioner . Call (408) 223-7776.

“I have come to realize that I let stress affect me in a negative way. This results in me making rude comments, or holding grudges when things don't go my way. I want to improve how I handle stress better, and have a more positive outlook.”
